Frequently Asked
Questions Bidders and Sellers Ask
What happens if I win an auction but cannot pick it up?
You have up to 365 days from the auction end to coordinate pickup with the seller.
Payment is still required within 7 days of claiming. If you do not claim within
14 days, the auction is forfeited and the seller may relist or offer a second
chance to the next-highest bidder.
How does anti-sniping work?
If a bid is placed in the final 30 seconds of an auction, the auction
automatically extends by another 30 seconds. This continues until 30 seconds
pass with no new bids, ensuring everyone has a fair chance to respond to
last-second bids.
What if the item is not as described?
File a dispute from your My Wins page. A mediator will review the case, contact
both parties, and issue a decision. Disputes must be filed within a reasonable
window after pickup. Check the dispute policy for current timelines.
How do reserve prices work?
Sellers can set an optional reserve price, the minimum they will accept.
Bidders see whether a reserve exists and whether it has been met, but never the
actual amount. If the reserve is not met when the auction ends, the seller is
not obligated to sell.
How do I become an approved seller?
Submit a seller application from the Sell page. Tell us about your inventory
source, your experience, and your business. An admin reviews each application
individually.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 7% buyer premium and 7% seller commission are the only fees on the
platform. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions, no escrow fees,
and no surprise charges. The price you see plus 7% is the price you pay.
