How We Keep Fees So Low
Most auction platforms carry significant overhead. Fully online platforms charge up to 25%
once escrow fees are included. Traditional local auction houses charge around 15% on both
sides. We charge a modest 7% on each side because we have digitized the operational
work that drives those costs up everywhere else.
There is no on-location pickup to staff. Sellers come in only through an approved pipeline
and self-list their own items, eliminating the need for paid listing staff. All bidding
happens online. These efficiencies let us pass the savings directly to our buyers and sellers.
